What are my options?

When you come to Resources for Women your Client Advocate, trained in pregnancy and parenting options, will guide you through your free pregnancy test. She will provide you with medically accurate information regarding all of your options. Serving San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas.

If you are pregnant, you have three options to consider: parenting, adoption and abortion.  Often, women find it helpful to talk with someone about all the options. Resources for Women offers confidential support and is available to provide you accurate information about all pregnancy options. We do not perform or refer for abortion services.

Resources for Women is a non-profit organization here to serve women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy. All of our services are free of charge and there are no restrictions or requirements in order to be a client here. Offering information about abortion options information,  parenting and adoption.  Experiencing an unexpected pregnancy can leave you with a lot of questions and concerns. We want you to be fully informed about all of your options so that you can make the decision that is right for you. Resources for Women serves Selma and the San Antonio area.

Unexpected Pregnancy

Whenever you have sex, there is always a chance for pregnancy. Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman however, one of the most significant symptoms for pregnancy is a delayed or missed period. You may experience signs or symptoms of pregnancy within a week of conception. However, it is possible you may not experience any symptoms for a few weeks.
